Profili Commerciali is the Profili division dedicated exclusively to the search and selection of professionals in the commercial field and to the creation of sales networks.
Our client is a multinational company active in the development and sale of devices for the optimisation and cleaning of engines, increasing performance and reducing consumption. The main customers are car repair shops that want to implement the performance of both private and industrial engines.
In order to consolidate the Italian market and increase its growth, we are looking for a:
AREA MANAGER ITALY
DOOR TO DOOR SALES
The person we are looking for, reporting directly to the European General Management, will follow the development of the Italian market, where the company has already an office. The aim will be of increasing significantly the turnover, coordinating and amplifying the network of agents, training new sales agents and support them in more complex sales processes. It will also take care of developing sales strategies and maintaining relations with the parent company.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
- Experience in the rental or leasing of high margin and high value products in the B2B sector
- At least 5 years experience in managing sales networks
- Strong commercial skills, especially in highly competitive environments as door to door sales
- Collaborative attitude and spirit of initiative
- Excellent knowledge of English or French
- All the Cvs must be submitted in English or French
