Our client, multinational agricultural machinery manufacturer, has commissioned us to identify:
SALES SPECIALIST HARVESTING AND PRECISION FARMING
ITALY
Major Purpose:
Provides the leadership role for product and agronomic solutions systems technical advice as well as sales assistance to channel partners to achieve a profitable market share growth in the business sectors. Works with the appropriate Area Manager such as a dealer development, marketing analysis, planning. Shares sales revenues responsibility related to assigned product. Serves as a mentor and coach to less experienced sales specialists.
Major Duties:
- Establishes the interface with sales branch, factory marketing, product planning and channel partners to provide accurate data and analysis to improve product market intelligence, product performance and promote sales activities on specific product. Provides feedback to other business units on customer and channel partner product improvement request for agronomic solutions
- Establishes and maintains working relationship with appropriate internal and external work groups
- Provides sales support to channel partners with direct customer contact through specialized product expertise to support the market share target in line with the strategic goals
- Leads the development and delivery of product sales promotion and agronomic solutions to channel partners and end users to maximize sales and meet customer needs
- Counsels and develops channel partners regarding product, agronomic solutions, sales and marketing related matters to optimize capabilities
- Leads major initiatives, special projects and develops advanced training materials
- Presents and demonstrates agronomic solution at key events and show

WE REQUIRE:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline and comparable qualification
- 3+ years of experience in the agriculture machinery or precision farming industries like a Sales Area Manager or Product Specialist
- Frequent business trips
- Good english
