Commercial Profiles is Profili's division exclusively dedicated to the search and selection of professionals in Sales, Marketing, and Communication.

Our client is an innovative scale-up with a recently launched European business model. They have developed a B2B marketplace for the sale of used vehicles, specifically buses. Their mission is to digitize the sales and purchase processes of these vehicles through a portal that provides easy and quick access to online auctions. The team, currently comprised of 30 professionals, is constantly expanding and fosters a corporate culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and the development of individual talent. The company has tasked us with selecting a:

INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE 

MARKETPLACE B2B

The role:

  • Manage and convert inbound leads, qualifying them and understanding their needs
  • Support the sales process by providing assistance to leads throughout their decision-making journey
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure an optimal customer experience
  • Update and manage the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), monitoring the status of negotiations and optimizing workflow
  • Contribute to the definition of engagement strategies, improving conversion rates and the effectiveness of commercial activities
  • Contact potential clients via email, phone calls, and social selling to generate new business opportunities

Required knowledge and skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Development Representative, or Customer Success Representative roles
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (other languages are a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Sales Automation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and objection-handling aptitude
  • Strong goal orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in lead qualification and customer engagement activities within a B2B commercial layout
  • Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies, cold calling techniques, and negotiation
